Clarence E. Owens ("Clay"), Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Clay is an economist, skilled paralegal, and subject matter expert with more than 20 years of experience across the real estate, mortgage, insurance, and property research industries.
His advocacy work includes contributions referenced in the U.S. Department of Justice’s $13 billion settlement with JPMorgan Chase, where a lawsuit he filed on behalf of the U.S. and state governments was among the matters cited. These efforts reflect his long-standing commitment to transparency, accountability, and homeowner protection.
