COTA Report™ Requirement
The HIS COTA Report™ is a mandatory prerequisite for all H.I.S. HomeFront TV™ interview requests. This objective review process ensures that every interview guest is prepared to discuss their property details with a high degree of technical accuracy and factual grounding, maintaining the editorial integrity of our platform.
Each report involves a comprehensive professional review of critical property documentation, including mortgage records, title history, chain of assignment, foreclosure status, and securitization data. By reviewing related public-record information, we provide a structured foundation for your on-camera story.
